If I need technical support, who can help me? We have a staff of on-site technical support, but we also give you the phone number for Detroit Diesel as well.

How do I get updates? We email you when there is a major update, and there is also a button you can click in the program to check for updates.

What engines and years does this work with? This tool works with all Detroit, MBE900, and MBE4000 engines. You actually get 2 programs — One for 2006 & older trucks and one for 2007 & newer trucks. The software also reads “generic” codes on all trucks, which is why we give you TruckFaultCodes as well.

Can I read other ECM’s on Freightliner, Sterling, & Western Star Trucks? Yes, you can read all other ECMs such as ABS, transmission, and cab controllers. However, it is read only and there are no commands you can do on these other systems.

What can’t I do with this tool that dealers can? You can’t program an entire ECM. You can change parameters, but complete ECM programming is not available.
